提出对“马克思理论素质”进行研究 ,对其内涵、特点、构成和表现作出科学概括 ,以利于准确理解和把握“马克思主义理论素质”的含义 .对“马克思主义理论素质”的三个构成要素“知识”、“能力”和“心理”要素的特点、构成和表现进行了分析 .

In this article the author spoint out that to study Marxist Theory Quality and to scientifically summarize its connotation,characteristics, composition and expression are advantageous to understand and master its meaning accurately, and analyze the characteristics,composition and expression of Marxist Theory Quality's three composition elements,that is, knowledge,ability and psychological factor.
