祛痰止眩汤治疗痰湿壅盛型梅尼埃病疗效观察

Curative effect of Qutanzhixuan decoction on Meniere's disease with the type of the stagnation of phlegm-dampness

目的观察祛痰止眩汤治疗痰湿壅盛型梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法将165例痰湿壅盛型梅尼埃病患者随机分为2组,对照组73例予西医常规治疗,治疗组92例在对照组治疗基础上辨证给予祛痰止眩汤口服。2组均以7 d为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后评价疗效,并观察6个月复发情况。结果治疗组有效率95.65%,对照组有效率82.19%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;治疗组6个月总复发率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论祛痰止眩汤治疗痰湿壅盛型梅尼埃病疗效确切。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qutanzhixuan decoction on Meniere＇s disease with the type of the stagnation of phlegm - dampness. Methods 165 cases of Meniere＇s disease with the type of the stag- nation of phlegm- dampness were divided randomly into treatment group （92 cases） and control group （73 cases）. Control group received conventional western medicine therapy. Treatment group received Qutanzhixuan decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The course was seven days in two groups. Curative effect was evaluated after two courses. The recurrence rate was also investigated at the follow - up of 6 months. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （ 92.2% ） was significantly superior to that of control group （ 73.3 %, P 〈 0.05 ）, and the recurrence rate in treatment group was lower than that of control group, but there was no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of Qutanzhixuan decoction has definite effect on Meniere＇s disease with the type of the stagnation of phlegm - dampness and can reduce recurrence rate, and it is worth popularizing.
