疳脂平汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝60例临床观察

Clinical observation of Ganzhiping decoction on the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver

目的观察疳脂平汤对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的疗效。方法将120例NAFL患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予疳脂平汤治疗,对照组60例予马来酸罗格列酮片治疗。2组均治疗3个月。检测2组治疗前后肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]、血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]及体质量指数(BMI)变化情况,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(86.7%)与对照组总有效率(70.0%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后ALT、AST、TG、TC及BMI与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05),且低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后ALT与本组治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论疳脂平汤可明显降低NAFL患者血脂水平,改善肝功能,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of Ganzhiping decoction on the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver. Methods 120 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （n = 60） were treated by Ganzhiping decoction. 60 cases in control group were treated by rosiglitazone. The course was three months in two groups. Hepatic function （ALT, AST）, blood lipid （TG, TC）, BMI and total effec- tive rate were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （86.7%） was higher than that in control group （70.0%, P 〈0.05）. ALT, AST, TG, TC and BMI after treatment were decreased obviously compared with those before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈0.05）. The improvement of ALT, AST, TC, TG and BMI in treatment group were superior to those in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ganzhiping decoction＇ has definite effect on the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver, and can significantly decrease the level of blood lipid, improve liver function.
