在1998年前,广州钢铁股份有限公司(下称:广钢)仍然沿袭计划经济时代按“小而全”思路建立的维修分散管理的运行模式。1999年在广钢成立了维修分公司,它的成立和运作给地方钢铁企业带来一些新思维和启发。
Guangzhou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd is one of the backbone enterprises Guangzhou Iron & Steel Group. Corp., Ltd was built up in 1958.Before 1998, it implemented an operation model of 'Small but complete' distributed maintenance management which was adopted in planned - economy times. In 1999, a maintenance company was established in GIS, bringing some new ideas and enlightenment to local iron & steel companies.
