Some Ideas about Improving Working Styles by Party Leaders

当前一些党员领导干部在工作态度、精神状态,工作方式方法,工作实效上存在问题。分析其原因主要是自身党性修养不足,干部选任机制不健全,干部教育存在薄弱环节,干部管理监督不到位。切实转变党员领导干部作风,党性修养是前提,坚持群众路线是根本,求真务实是关键,制度建设是保证。

Recently some problems exist in the working attitudes, spirits, styles, methods and efficiency of the Party leaders. The major causes for these problems are not enough Party spirit accomplishments, distemperedness of cadre selec- tion system, weak education for cadres and deficient supervision over performance. Therefore, such measures as enhancing Party spirit accomplishments, carrying the working style of the Soviet cadres, strengthening the cadre education, perfecting the cadre selection system and emphasizing the supervision over cadres should be taken so as to facilitate the improvement on the working styles by the Party leaders.
