摘要
新桥农民画起源于20世纪70年代,80-90年代发展迅速并形成独特风格,1989年新桥被文化部命名为"中国现代民间绘画之乡"。发展新桥农民画产业,具有得天独厚的政策、区位、资源禀赋及市场潜力,特别是党的十七届六中全会提出推动文化产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的宏伟目标,给新桥农民画产业发展带来了新的机遇。针对基础薄弱、机制缺失、缺乏引导等制约因素,必须准确定位发展方向、打造品牌提升竞争力、探索文化与市场结合,积极推进新桥农民画产业的快速发展。
The farmer-paintings in Xinqiao, Zhangping was originated in 1920s, which developed rapidly and grew in- to their own unique features between 1980s and 1990s. In 1989, Xianqiao was named by the Ministry of Culture as "the Town of Modern Folk Paintings in China". There are some favorable conditions in policy, location, rich resources and market potentials in the development of farmer-paintings industries of in Xinqiao. The 6th Plenary of the 17th Party Congress has especially provided new opportunities for the development of farmer-paintings industries. Thus the industries concerned in Xinqiao should, aiming at such restrictive elements as weak foundation, system shortage, and lack in instruc- tions, find out their own developing orientations, foster the competitiveness of their own brands and discover the joint of culture and markets so as to facilitate the fast development of farmer-paintings industries in Xinqiao.
