摘要
工程机械常用的液压平衡回路 ,存在着悬垂负荷再提升下滑和下降冲击、振动的问题。本文从系统结构分析出发 ,针对以上两问题作了原理上的分析 ,采用蓄能器记忆压力和补充油液 ,并用压力比较定时元件来控制提升与制动释放同步动作 ,为克服提升瞬间下滑 ,提出了简单、有效的解决方案。
There are some problems of lift.slip descending lash and vibration of suspension load in the usual engineering mechanical hydraulc pressure equilibrium circuit. According to the system structure analysis,the paper gives the principle analysis on the problems and adopts accumulator memory pressure and additional oil liquid and uses pressure comprison timer component to control the lift and brake the release synchronous action and provides simple and practical solutions to the problems in order to overcome immediate slip.
