高分辨率核磁共振成像在颅内动脉粥样硬化性疾病诊疗中的应用前景 被引量:8

摘要 在过去的20年里,颅内动脉粥样硬化性疾病(intracranial atherosclerotic disease,ICAD)已经成为一个引入入胜、迅速发展的研究领域。尽管治疗上已经取得了长足的进展,症状性ICAD临床复发率仍然很高,并且大多发生在同一动脉供血区,有近半数患者致残。因此,识别高危患者特征,进行卒中风险分层从而调整治疗策略具有重要的临床意义。
