从低碳排放的发展观出发,通过对旧住区居住环境适老性的改造,探讨了在住区室外环境改造中建设低碳社区的可行性,从对旧住区的场所,道路,绿化景观三方面入手,提出了在符合老年人生活方式的前提下进行低碳改造的方法,以期应对城市发展过程中面临的居家养老问题。

From the development point of low carbon emission, through the suitable for old reformation of living environment of old residential area, this paper discussed the feasibility of low carbon community construction in outdoor residential environment transformation, put forward from the area, road, afforest landscape three aspects of old residential area, in premise suitable for the otds life way made low carbon reconstruction, in order to deal with the old-age home question in city development process.
