摘要
通过将0%~60%的矿渣掺入到疏浚淤泥中进行烧结,研究不同矿渣掺量对疏浚淤泥烧结特性的影响,从而得到可应用于实际生产的矿渣掺量,实验结果表明:5%掺量下的烧结效果综合起来最好,抗压强度可达13 MPa、收缩率5%,低于8%的一般限制要求,烧失率为14.9%。
This paper researches the influence on the characteristic of dredged sludge from different slag by incorporating 0% -60% slag into dredged sludge to sinter, in order to select the volume of salg which is applied to product practically. The result shows that 5% volume makes the best solidification effect. The compressive strength reaches to 13 MPa, the shrinkage rate is 5%, which is lower than the normal standard of 8%, and the ignition loss rate is 14.9%.
