摘要
结合对忻保高速公路L22合同段新世科南河2号,3号,4号大桥及科局南河1号,2号大桥盖梁采用全幅一片的整体式预应力大盖梁的施工,较为详尽的阐述了预应力大盖梁托架法施工工艺及质量控制,分析得出预应力大盖梁采用托架法施工可以降低成本,加快施工进度,缩短工期,提高安全性,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Combining with the construction of Xinshike Nanhe No. 2,3,4 big bridge and Kejunanhe No. 1,2 big bridge of Xin-Bao highway L22 contract section using full-size a monolithic prestressed big cap beam, elaborated in detail the construction technology and quality control of pres- tressed big cap beam bracket method, analysis obtained that the prestressed big cap beam used bracket method construction could reduce costs, speed up construction progress, shorten construction period, improve safety, and had good direct, indirect economic benefits and social benefits.
