在分析陕西省环境空气、地表水监测网点位(断面)设置现状、存在问题的基础上,论述了监测点位(断面)调整的必要性,提出了监测点位(断面)调整的基本原则和对策建议。

Based on the analysis of present situation and problems about ambient air quality monitoring spot location and surface water quality monitoring section location in Shaanxi province, this paper discussed the necessity of either the spot or the section location adjustment, and further put forward some principles and suggestions on that adjustment.
