LEEP联合一次性阴道抑菌吸附器治疗宫颈病变的疗效观察

Observation of efficacy of leep joint disposable vaginal antibacterial adsorption in treating cervical lesions

目的:探讨宫颈病变LEEP术后联合一次性阴道抑菌吸附器治疗宫颈病变的疗效。方法:将96例宫颈病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例,患者于LEEP术后24 h放置一次性阴道抑菌吸附器,连续放置7 d;对照组48例,单纯采用LEEP术治疗。结果:治疗组患者术后阴道排液时间平均8.1 d,阴道出血时间平均2.5 d,宫颈修复时间平均28.5 d,治愈47例,治愈率97.9%,有效1例(2.1%),有1例阴道出血量大于月经量;对照组患者术后阴道排液时间平均17.3 d,阴道出血时间平均6.9 d,宫颈修复时间平均42.6 d,治愈44例,治愈率91.7%,有效4例(8.3%),其中3例阴道出血量大于月经量,2例阴道感染。经统计学处理,两组治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而阴道排液时间、出血时间、宫颈修复时间和并发症比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LEEP联合一次性阴道抑菌吸附器治疗宫颈病变阴道排液、出血少、疗程短、效果好、患者的依从性好,值得广大医务工作者推广。

Objective To explore the emcaey of LEEP joint disposable vaginal antibacterial adsorption in treating cervical lesions.Method Ninety-six subjects with cervical lesions were randomly divided into two groups,in the experimental group （n = 48）, the subjects were placed disposable vaginal antibacterial adsorption after operation of LEEP 24 hours, and they were placed for 7 consecutive days; In addition, in the control group （n = 48）,the subjects were accepted the simply LEEP surgery treatment.Results The average time of vaginal drainage after operation was 8.1 days for the subjects in experimental group,2.5 days for the subjects with vaginal blecding,and 28.5 days for cervical repairing,47 cases were cured with a rate of 97.9% ,one case was effective with a rate of 2.1% ,one case had a vaginal bleeding which was greater than the amount of menstruation;In addition,the average time of vaginal drainage after operation was 17.3 days for the subjects in the control group,6.9 days for the subjects with vaginal bleeding,and 42.6 days for cervical repairing,44 cases were cured with a rate of 91.7% ,four cases were effective with a rate of 8.3% ,and three cases had a vaginal bleeding that were greater than the amount of menstruation, two cases had vaginal infectlon.Two groups comparison after statistics processing, there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, however, vaginal drainage time, bleeding time,eervical time to repair and complications were compared between the groups, there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The vaginal drainage and bleeding of patients were less after using LEEP joint disposable vaginal antibacterial adsorption in treating cervical lesions, the results proved that this method has shortened the course of treatment with good effectiveness, moreover, it was easily complied by the patients. This treatment is worth popularizing.
