摘要
在Gleeble-2 0 0 0热力动态模拟系统上采用自行设计的高速可控激冷装置对ULCB60 0钢激光焊接热影响区在焊前预热、不预热及焊后激光回火三种状态下的热过程进行了模拟 ,并对相应的组织性能进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,模拟热影响区在上述三种状态下的冲击韧性值均远高于基材 ,且经焊前预热或激光回炎后激光焊热影响区最高硬度值下降。
The heating process of heat affected zone (HAZ) of Laser welded ULCB 600 steel in three different conditons of preheating,non preheating and laser tempering is simulated using self designed controllable high speed chilling device in a Gleeble-2000 dynamic thermal mechanical simulator and then the microsturcture and properties of the simulated HAZ of laser welded.Results indicate that toughness of the simulated HAZ is superior over the base metal and the maximum hardness of the simulated HAZ is depressed by laser tempering and the preheat treatment.
