摘要
通过对 2 0MnSi螺纹钢筋Φ12、16、2 0、2 5、32mm五个规格逐根取样进行力学性能与化学成分对照实验 ,并将所得 6 6 0组数据按规格分别进行了力学性能与化学成分多元回归分析。结果得出 ,不同规格钢材的力学性能在满足GB1499- 1998钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋标准的化学成分的分布有明显差异 ,把握此差异对于指导生产具有重要价值。
In this paper,the wrighter introduced the contrast experiment and multicomponents regression of mechanical properties and components with 660 sets of relative data collected one by one respectively from 5 different size of hot rolled ribbed barΦ12、16、20、25、32.The result show that the mechanical properties of different size has a obvious difference with components distribution in GB 1499-1998 'hot rolled ribbed steel bars for the reinforcement of concrete.Pay attention to the rules of the difference will greatly guide the production.
