摘要
介绍酸浸 -萃取工艺在一个日处理500t钒矿石水冶厂的设计与应用情况。该矿五氧化二钒的原矿品位为1.1 % ,设计采用原矿直接硫酸浸出 ,浸出矿浆经固液分离 ,浸出液送萃取 -反萃 ,反萃液经氧化沉淀得五氧化二钒产品。其浸出率为75% ,总回收达到65 % ,比钠化焙烧工艺高出15 %以下 ,产品质量达到国家标准。
This article introduced the design and application of acid leaching-extration processing in the bone hydrometallugy plant at a rate of 500 tons per day. Through sulfuric acid's leach directly, solid-liquid seperration, extraction and reversal-extraction, oxidization and precipitation, the product V2O5 is achieved whose raw ore grade is 1.1%. The leaching rate is up to 75%and total recovery rate up to 65%, which is about 15%higher than roasting-sodium processing and the products quality fit for Chinese standard.
