摘要
最近几年 ,痕量氟的测定得到了很大的发展 ,选择高硼酸盐与碘化物的反应体系 ,用锆 (IV)代替酶为催化剂 ,氟充当抑制剂 ,测定锆 (IV)氟的含量。本文以Perborate/iodide为主反应 ,将其转化为Landolt型反应 ,对锆 (IV) ,氟进行测定 ,取得了满意的结果。
Determination of trace fluor has developed recently.By selecting sodium perborate and iodide as reaction system,fluor as inhibitor,and zirconium(IV) in place of enzym as catalyzator,trace F\+- and Zr(IV) can be determined~.The paper uses perborate/iodide as the major reaction and convert it into landolt reaction,to determine trace F\+- and Zr(IV),with satisfactory results.
