牙周维护治疗在保持牙周长期疗效中的作用研究

Periodontal Maintenance Therapy to Maintain Periodontal Long-Term Efficacy

目的:以牙周炎为基础病例,研究牙周维护在保持牙周长期疗效中的应用和疗效观察。方法:将42例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为两组,TG组以及OG组,每组各21例。TG组给予牙周维护,OG组未实行牙周维护。结果:TG组21例患者在平均疗程当中,共计牙齿缺失14颗,平均每人每年缺失0.17颗,OG组患者平均疗程中共计牙齿缺失26颗,平均每人每年缺失0.3颗。治疗前TG组、OG组患者牙龈出血指数≥3者分别为72.5%、72.3%,治疗后分别为24.5%、54.3%,TG组牙龈出血状况明显好于TG组;TG组患者牙周探诊深度以及牙槽骨高度骨根比值治疗后比治疗前明显好转,且治疗效果明显好于OG组。两组数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:牙周维护在治疗牙周炎的过程中,有明显疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective Periodontitis based on the cases of periodontal maintenance in maintaining periodontal long-term efficacy and efficacy. Methods 42 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups,TG and 0G group,21 cases in each group.TG group given periodontal maintenance,the OG group is not implemented periodontal maintenance.Results TG group and 21 patients in the average course of treatment which,for a total of missing teeth 14,the average annual per capita missing 0.17 Total tooth loss in the OG group of patients the mean duration of treatment 26,the average annual per capita missing 0.3.TG group before treatment,the OG group of patients with gingival bleeding index ≥ 3,respectively 72.5%,72.3%,after treatment were 24.5%,54.3%,TG bleeding gums situation is significantly better than the TG group;group of TG in patients with periodontal probing The depth and height of alveolar bone root ratio after treatment than before treatment has markedly improved,and the treatment effect was significantly better than the OG group.The difference between the two sets of data was statistically significant（P 〈 0.001）.Conclusion Periodontal maintenance in the process of treatment of periodontitis,a significant effect,worthy of promotion.
