荧光定量PCR技术检测生殖道人乳头瘤病毒6,11型结果分析

Detection of HPV6, 11 by Fluorescent quantitative PCR Among 125 Outpatients in A Hospital of Ningxia

目的:了解人乳头瘤病毒6,11型(HPV6,11)的检出情况。方法:采用荧光定量PCR法对125例患者进行HPV6,11 DNA定量检测。结果:HPV6,11阳性率为32.00%(44/125);男性和女性阳性率分别为62.50%和6.56%;21～40岁年龄段患者占90.91%;2009年、2010年和2011年阳性检出率分别为55.56%、40.00%和27.78%,有下降趋势。结论:加强患者人乳头瘤病毒6,11型的检测,对其防治有重要意义。

Objective To learn about the infection status of HPV6,11 among outpatients in our hospital.Methods Samples were taken routinely from 125 outpatients to detect HPV6,11 by FQ-PCR.Results The positive rates of HPV6,11 was 32.00%（44/125）.The positive rates of male and female samples were 62.50% and 6.56% respectively.The patients aged 21 to 40 years accounted for 90.91%.The overall positive rate was 55.56% in 2009,40.00% in 2010 and 27.78% in 2011 .Conclusion To enhance detection of HPV6,11 pathogen is important for its prevention and treatment.
