DWI不同b值对直肠癌术前诊断和分期的价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨DWI不同b值对直肠癌诊断和术前分期的价值。方法:对35例直肠癌患者进行T2WI和不同b值的DWI检查,观察不同b值的检查结果。结果:当b值为800 s/mm2或1 000 s/mm2时,肿癌的显示情况最好。结论:DWI可以有助于患者直肠早期检出,可以清楚的对肿癌进行定位,为手术术式的选择提供依据,值得在临床推广。
