底层框架砖房的抗震设计与结构选型浅析

A Brief Talk on Aseisatic Design and Structural Selection used for Brick House with Frameworks Fabricating Ground Floor

底层框架房屋以其底层较大的空间而广泛地得到应用。但墙的布置、底层的计算方法等问题一直有不同见解。文章结合现行抗震规范 (GBJ1 1 - 89以下简称《规范》)对有关问题作了详尽的说明 ,并提出了由倾覆力矩引起的支座反力不容忽视 。

The frameworks fabricating ground floor contribute to gain widely applying with its fairly open space,but there are different opinions about such problems as wall arrangemet,calculation of ground floor etc.The paper illustrates~ those combining with the aseisatic standard(GBJ11-89)and pre^sents the never neglectable counter-force~ from pedestals caused by topple moments,and introduces reasonable calculation for some members.
