摘要
研究了用甲醇、水、磷酸二氢钾 ,醋酸作流动相 ,从Zorbax -ODS色谱柱上分离并直接测定酚类的诸条件。方法的回收率在 92 %～ 98%之间 ,最低检出限为 0 .0 0 5 μg。本方法适于测定工业废水 。
The paper studies various conditions for determining phenols by using methanol,water,potassium dihydrogen~ phosphate and ethanoic ~acid as mobile phase and Separating them on chromato bar.With its recovery being~ 92%-98% and the lowest detecting limit being 0.005μg,this method is suitable for determining phenols in industrial waste water,surface water and tap water.
