摘要 奥钢联工程技术公司 (VAI)和奥钢联钢铁公司林茨厂 (VASL)共同开发了 VAiron软件包用于实现高炉的自动化生产 ,已在世界各地数座高炉上得到应用并取得了出色的运行结果。VAiron软件包以先进的工艺模型、人工智能、闭环专家系统和增强的软件功能为基础 ,在世界上首次使操作人员能够从冶金角度“观测到”生产中高炉内部的工艺过程 ,实现生产过程的高度透明性。专门介绍闭环专家系统 ,还详细讨论炉料分布控制和其他工艺模型以及如何实现这一专家系统。 As a new powerful solution package for automated blast furnace operation VAiron was jointly developed by VOEST ALPINE Industrieanlagenbau(VAI)and VOEST ALPINE Stahl Linz(VASL)and is now in operation at several blast furnaces worldwide with excellent results VAiron is based on advanced process models, artificial intelligence, a closed loop expert system, enhanced software applications and features integrated operational/statistical data It is the first system in the world which allows operators to metallurgicallly“look inside”the blast furnace process during operation for ensuring fully transparent operating conditions This paper focuses on the closed loop expert system Burden distribution control and other system process models are discussed in more detail Finally,the steps involved in implementing such an expert system are discussed
