本文深化了工科大学生创新的内涵，就其工程创新能力培养过程进行研究和探索。加强创新理念教育，着力于创新基础的培养；主抓“两创”教育，促进创新能力提高；注重人才培养的过程管理，健全和完善工程创新评价体系，激励创新能力的持续发展。这些措施和方法，对于提高工科大学生的创新能力，完成时代赋予高等教育的重要使命，具有十分重要的现实意义。

This paper deepened the meaning of the engineering students＇ innovation, research and explore the culture of engineering innovation capacity. Innovative ideas to strengthen education, and focus on innovation-based culture; concentrating on the ＂two hit＂ education, the promotion of innovation capacity; focus on personnel training, process management, sound and improve the engineering innovation evaluation system to encourage the continued development of innovation capability. These measures and methods for improving engineering students＇ ability to innovate, to complete the important mission entrusted by the times higher education, has a very important practical significance.
