孔子“因材施数”思想在现代小学教学中的运用

摘要 本文通过对孔子的教育思想,尤其是“因材施教”思想的深入思考,进而对比当今国内小学教育的现状,分析因材施教思想在实际教学中实施的困难性,并提出一些实际可行的办法。 In this paper, the educational thinking of Confucius, especially the deep thinking "educate someone according to his natural ability" of thought, and then compared to today's domestic primary education status, analysis of individualized thinking of the difficulties in the practical teaching, and practical way.
