The technology of digital image processing is a fast development subject and its application is very wide. This paper elaborates the construction of this course case base from the point of teaching practice, including construction ideas, symm function design, database and the realization methods. System functions include case adding, download, comments and management etc., which not only can improve students＇ practical and creative ability, but also boost the quality of education.
