摘要
目的:了解微格教学实训模式的教学效果。方法:整群抽取2010级护理本科班,随机分为实验组和对照组,对相同的护理技能操作分别采用不同的实训方法进行实验教学。实验组采用微格教学实训模式,对照组采用传统的示范教学法。在对两组以操作技能测试及课堂评价后将结果进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的护理操作技能测试成绩明显优于对照组,课堂评价中在调动积极性等方面,微格教学实训模式优于传统示范教学法。结论:微格教学实训模式能有效地调动积极性,有利于沟通合作,培养自主学习的能力,活跃课堂气氛,提高学习效率,从而提高教学质量。
Objective: To understand the teaching effectiveness ofmicroteaching training mode. Method: A cluster sample of 2010 undergraduate nursing classes, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, care of the same skills to operate using different training methods for experimental teaching. The experimental group microteaching training mode, the control group using the traditional teaching of demonstration. Skills testing and classroom evaluation of the two groups after the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The nursing skills test scores of experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and classroom assessment in other aspects of motivation, microteaching training mode is better than the traditional demonstration teaching. Conclusion: The microteaching training mode can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm conducive to communication and cooperation, the ability of independent learning, active classroom atmosphere, improve learning efficiency, thereby improving the quality of teaching.
