肠道病毒71型引起手足口病的发病机制

Pathogenesis of hand,foot and mouth disease caused by Enterovirus 71

手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)是由肠道病毒引起的传染病。其中肠道病毒71型(enterovirus71,EV71)属于人类肠道病毒。近30年来EV71感染在亚太地区每2～3年暴发1次。EV71是手足口病的主要病原体,其详尽发病机制目前尚不清楚。文中综述EV71感染累及中枢神经系统,引起心肌炎和肺水肿的发病机制研究现状。

Hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD） is an infectious disease caused by intestinal virus. Enterovirus 71 （ EV71 ） is one of the most common strains of human enterovirus. In recent 30 years, EV71 infection outbreaks every 2 to 3 years in the Asia- Pacific Regions, and EV71 is the main pathogen causing HFMD. The pathogenesis is still less understood. The studies on pathogenesis of EV71 infection that involves in central nervous system, leads to myocarditis or pulmonary edema are reviewed.
