摘要
本文着重对用离子选择电极测定血浆中的总钙的测定条件进行了研究,并拟定了测定方法。离子强度调节缓冲液为0.1mol/L KCl-PH_7的0.12mol/L三乙醇胺(TEA)的盐酸溶液。干扰离子的掩蔽剂为0.004mol/L乙酰丙铜。血浆矿化剂为HNO_3-HClO_4(3:1)。电极响应时间3min。标准曲线线性范围为0.8~100μg/ml;相关系数0.9998;测定下限0.8μg/ml。此法测定血浆总钙的标准差为±0.1mg,变动系数5.4%,回收率99.3~103.9%。本法结果与用甲基麝香草酚蓝为试剂的比色法一致。
In this paper,an emphatical study of the conditions for the determination of total calcium in plasma by ion-selective electrode is made and the methods of determination arc worked out. The ionic strength buffer solution is 0.12mol/L TEA hydrochloric acid solution of 0.1mol/L KC1-PH=7. The interference camouflaging agent is 0.004mol/L acetyl acetone. The plasma nitrated agent is HNO3-HC1O4 (3:1). The electrode responsetime is five minutes. The standard curved linearity ronge is 0.8 ~100μg/ml. The interrelated coefficient is 0.9998; and tht prescribed minium of determination is 0-8μg/ml. When the present method is used to determine the total calcium in plasma, the standard deviation is ±0.1 mg, the coefficient of variation, 5.4%,the recovery rale 99.3~103.9% .The result of this method is consistent with the colorimetry which uses methyl thymol blue as reagent.
