中脑周围自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断及治疗 被引量：5

摘要 临床上约有15%蛛网膜下腔出血患者经脑血管造影甚至反复造影未能发现出血原因,称之为自发性非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血。我院2001年1月至2008年12月共收治自发性非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血63例,本文对其临床表现、影像学特点、治疗和预后进行分析和探讨。一对象与方法1.一般资料：本组63例,其中男38例,女25例,
