贸易保护行为的政治经济学分析——基于面板数据的实证检验

Political Economics Analysis on Trade Protection Acts—A Test Using Panel Data

在比较分析斯蒂格勒和希尔曼两个关于贸易保护的政治经济模型的基础上,利用14个国家1948～1993年间的数据对贸易保护行为进行了实证检验。结论显示进口价格对贸易保护程度有负向影响,国内价格和失业率则有正向影响,随着经济发展水平的提高贸易保护程度会逐步下降。建议出口企业在增加进口国公关活动的同时,应提高行业组织水平,以更加理性的价格出口。

This article compared the two models in Stigler （1971） and Hillman （1982）. After that, the writer done a positive test based on panel - data which covers 14 countries from 1948-1993. The result shows that import price has a negative affect on the level of protection ; producing price and unemployment has a positive affect on the level of protection;according with developing trade protection tends to be less. At the end, the writer suggest Chi- nese exporting enterprises try to do more public - relationship work and improve the level of their industry organization, so that they can sell their products at an reasonably level.
