妊娠期和药物性肝内胆汁淤积的遗传因素 被引量：10

摘要 妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积（ICP）和药物性胆汁淤积是获得性胆汁淤积性肝病的两个重要类型。ICP与雌激素和黄体酮代谢产物有关，代谢产物通过一种间接机制抑制胆盐输出泵（BSEP）起作用。此外，多药耐药蛋白3（MDR3）和BSEP的遗传多态性，以及决定两者基因转录的法尼醇X受体（FXR）都与ICP有关。
