摘要
本文对除草剂研究开发的新进展予以简要的介绍,文中涉及乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)/乙酰羟酸合成酶(AHAS)抑制剂、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂、原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂、对羟基苯基丙酮酸酯双氧化酶抑制剂、胡萝卜素生物合成抑制剂、细胞生长抑制剂等,以及所包含的十多种化学结构类型除草剂的结构和生物活性物质如磺酰脲类、咪唑啉酮类、三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类、嘧啶水杨酸类、芳氧羧酸类、环己烯酮类、二苯醚类、三唑啉酮类、吡唑类、酰亚胺类、环状亚胺类、脲嘧啶类、三酮类和异恶唑类等,并展望了未来除草剂研究开发的趋势。
The recent advances on research and development of herbicides are briefly reviewed in this paper. The mode of actions such as acetolactate synthase (ALS)/acetohydroxy acid synthase (AHAS) inhibitor, aceryl CoA carboxylase(ACCase) inhibitor, protoporphyrinogen IX oxidase inhibitor(Protox) and 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase inhibitor (HPPD) etc. and their ten more related chemical families such as sulfonylureas, imidazolinones, pyrimidinyloxy (thio) benzoates, triazolopyrimidines, ary-loxyphenoxy-propionates, cyclohexanediones, diphenylethers, phenylpyrazoles, N-phenylphthalimides, thiadiazoles, oxadiazoles, tria-zolinones, oxazolidinediones, pyrimidindiones, triketones and isoxazoles are also involved. The trends of research and development of herbicides are presented.
