人工耳蜗术后小儿声母识别效果与语言交流能力的关系

摘要 目的用汉语普通话的声母识别率的检测结果,评估和推断人工耳蜗植入术后小儿经过听觉言语康复后进入主流社会的社会交流生存能力。方法选取患儿20名,其中组1为10名已进入正常小学读书,组2为10名因听觉言语仍然存在问题,不能到正常小学读书的人工耳蜗植入术后患儿。检测人员于患儿后背2尺,朝向患儿人工耳蜗言语处理器的麦克,分别将g\k\h\j\q\x\zh\ch\sh\z\c\s\每个音读3遍,患儿分别跟读,同样方法背对患儿再次测试,统计患儿回答辅音的正确率并记录回答错误的辅音是何音。结果组1各声母总体识别率为87.5%;组2各声母总体识别率为19.2%,两组结果有显著差异。结论①汉语声母言语识别较好的人工耳蜗植入术后患儿进入主流社会正常小学读书未见听觉言语问题。②汉语声母言语识别较差的人工耳蜗植入术后患儿进入主流社会正常小学读书有困难。 Objective Mandarin consonant with the recognition rate of test results, evaluation and inference the viability of social communication in children after cochlear implantation, after hearing and speech rehabilitation into mainstream society.Methods 20 children selected.Group of [was 10 children who has entered the normal primary school. Group 2 for 10 children with cochlear implant for hearing and speech problems still exist, not to the normal primary school. Inspector back 2 feet in children, towards Microphone of cochlear implant speech processor, read g / k k h / j k q / x k zh k ch k sh / z k c k s k , each note was read 3 times, children repeat it. The same way back to test the patient again. Statistics of children correctly answering consonant error rate and record the answer is any consonant sound.Results General recognition of the consonant group 1 was 87.5%~ group 2 the overall consonant recognition rate of 19.2%, two sets of results were significantly different.Conclusions 1.There' s no problem for children after cochlear implantation with better Chinese consonants speech recognition ,to enter primary school mainstream normal hearing and speech. 2.It' s difficult for children after cochlear implantation with poor Chinese initials speech recognition,to enter primary school the normal mainstream society.
