鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤36例分析

An Analysis on 36 cases nasal inverted papillomas treatedby endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探讨鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床特征、鼻内镜手术方法及临床疗效。方法对2005年5月2010年7月36例鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部病例随访1～3年,无一例并发症,32例一次性治愈,复发4例,经再次手术后治愈。结论鼻内镜手术清除病灶是治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的最有效方法,手术中应尽量扩大鼻窦的自然开口,手术后定期冲洗窦腔及定期复查可防治疾病的复发。

Objective To explore the clinical features of nasal inverted papillomas and to evaluate the methods and curative effects of endoscopic sinus surgery. Method 36 patients with nasal inverted papillomas were retrospectively analyzed after being treated with endoscopic sinus surgery from May, 2005 to July, 2010.Result Following up for 1-3 years, no complications were observed. 32 patients of them were cured and 4 were recurred.Conclusion Clearing up the infected focus by endoscopic sinus surgery is an effective treatment for nasal inverted papillomas. Enlarging the opening of cavity during the operation, the regular irrigation and rechecking after the operation were important for avoiding the recurrence.
