鼻内镜在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤手术中应用

Endoscopic Application in Surgery of Inverted Papilloma of the Nasal and Paranosal Sinuses

目的观察鼻内镜下切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的效果。方法 33例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者施行鼻内镜手术。结果随访6月～5年,仅2例复发,余者均未见复发。结论鼻内镜有多视角、清晰度高、损伤小、不毁容等优点,是治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的一种很好的方法,尤其是治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ级鼻内翻性乳头状瘤。

Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on the inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Method 33 patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were operated on by endoscopic sinus surgery. Result After follow-up of 6 months-5 years, 31 cases were cured and 2 were recurred. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery has advantages of clear field and little injury, and therefore it is effective treatment for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity, especially forI-Ⅱ stage.
