摘要
报道了新型催化剂TiSiW12 O4 0 /TiO2 催化酯化合成葡萄糖五丁酸酯的糖酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明 :TiSiW12 O4 0 /TiO2 是合成葡萄糖五丁酸酯的良好催化剂。最佳反应条件为 :糖酸摩尔比 1:6 ,催化剂的用量为反应物料总量的 2 0 % ,酯化反应时间为 2 0h ,反应温度 90~ 95℃ ,反应产率可达 85 4%
The synthesis of glouse pentabutyrate from glucose and butannic acid was catalyzed by solid super acid TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2,and the factors influencing on the yield of the reaction were discussed.It showed that the solid superacid TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 was an excellent catalyse,the yield of the glucose pentabutyrate could reach over 85.4% under molar ratio of glucose and butannic acid 1:6,the reaction temperature of 90~95℃,reaction time of 2.0h and amount of TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 solid superacid catalyst of 2.0%
