摘要
本文运用多元函数微分中值定理,推导出一种新的刀具耐用度快速试验法。其特点是只用一个刀刃做一条磨损曲线即可回归出耐用度方程式T=cυ~x。此法比用标准试验法节省材料和工时三分之二以上,特别适用于做耐用度对比试验。本文最后对这种快速试验法进行了试验验证。
This paper inferred a new high-speed method of tool-life testing from the differential median theorem of the pluralistic function. The characteristic of the method is that by using one cutting edge and doing one wear curve the tool life equation T=Cvx can be obtained.The drain on the workpiece and time of the method decreased by 2/3 as compared with that of the conventional testing method. The test has verified the method in the paper.
