摘要
利用开发的PC总线结构微机实时监控系统 ,实现了对 3台 1 0L聚合釜的热法间歇乳液聚合反应过程同时进行实时监控和管理 ,提高了试验过程控制的自动化水平、实验的稳定性、重复性及可靠性。
The computer real-time monitor and control system with PC bus structure was developed and the real-time monitor and control of discontinuous hot emulsion polymerization of three reactors with 10 L were realized simutaneously. The automation level of process control and the stability, repeatability and reliability of the test were improved.
