摘要
通过改变线型酚醛树脂固化剂的添加量,解决了本征酚醛树脂基球形炭深度活化时出现“壳核结构”的问题。研究结果表明,固化剂添加量为17.6%时,酚醛树脂基球形活性炭吸附性能与机械强度的综合性能最佳。此类酚醛树脂基球形炭可以深度活化,得到比表面积为1332m2/g的球形活性炭,但其孔结构仍以微孔为主。
The problem of core- skin structure in highly- burned phenolic resin based- spherical activated carbon (PHSAC) was solved by controlling the content of hexa, curing agent of novolac- type phenolic resin. PHSAC with both good adsorption capacity and mechanical strength was achieved when the hexa content was 17.6% . The prepared phenolic resin based- spherical carbon can be activated to high burn- off, thus it achieves large surface area of 1 332m2/g and mainly possesses micropores.
