Trapezoid Heating Elements in Plate Film Evaporators

本文提出一种在板式自由流降膜蒸发器中使用的梯形加热元件 ,可使得加热元件上、下端的液膜厚度保持一致 ,避免了壁面的干涸现象 ,极具实用价值。

A trapezoid heating element used in plate film evaporator was presented in this article. When the heating element was used, the thickness of the liquid film was well-distributed at the top and bottom end of the plate so that the element is valuable to avoid the dry wall.
