我国“三大化工”重大技术装备研制和国产化工作概况

General situation of development, manufacturing and localization of key technological equipment in “three major chemical industries”

自“八五”规划以来 ,我国针对大型化肥、大型乙烯、大型煤化工部分关键设备、零部件及材料进行攻关、技术改造 ,使“三大化工”的重大技术装置的研制与国产化取得重大进展 ,保证了一批国家重点建设工程的重大技改项目按期投产 ,促进了企业技术进步 ,培养了大批科技骨干队伍 ,表明我国已经初步具备了“三大化工”成套设备的设计、制造能力。

Key problems have been tackled and technical renovation has been conducted to key equipment, spare parts and materials focusing on large scaled fertilizer, ethylene and coal chemical plants since the beginning of the Eighth Five year Plan. Great progress has therefore been made in the development, manufacturing and localization of key technological equipment in the “three major chemical industries”. Key technical renovation items in a group of state major construction projects have started production. Technical innovation in enterprises has been promoted and a lot of scientific personnel have been trained as well. It means that China has basically acquired the ability to design and manufacture complete sets of equipment for the “three major chemical industries”.
