我国儿童网络隐私权的保护研究被引量：2

A Research on Children's Online Privacy Protection in China

摘要儿童在网络中可能遇到的危险有三种:联系性危险、内容性危险及商业性危险,目前我国对未成年人隐私权采取的保护措施有法律规定及网站自律措施,参考国外的情况,对我国未成年人网络隐私权保护提出具体可行的建议。 Three kinds of risks may be encountered by children when they are surfing in Internet, that is, contact danger, content danger, and commercialism danger. At present, there are two protective measures involving children＇s privacy protections： law and web self-discipline. The paper gives some feasible suggestions on children＇s online privacy protection by using the experiences of foreign countries.
