摘要
论述了聚苯乙烯装置在保证产品质量的前提下 ,进行一系列的三剂 (矿物油 ,引发剂 ,硬脂酸锌 )配方优化 ,将三剂消耗降到设计值以下 ,以降低产品加工成本。通过对三剂配方的优化 ,解决了聚苯乙烯生产成本高的实际问题 ,提高了企业的经济效益。
A series of measures for optimizing the formulations of “three agents” (mineral oil, initiator and zinc stearate) have been adopted in polystyrene units on the premise of quality guarantee. The consumption of “three agents” is cut down to below design values to reduce the production cost. The optimization of the formulations of “ three agents” has solved the practical problem of high cost in polystyrene production and improved the economic performance in enterprises.
