摘要
城市社区卫生服务机构是城市居民健康的"守护人",但社区居民对机构新职责的知晓率和利用率都较低,原因是居民对社区卫生服务缺乏信任,就诊意愿较低,表明城市社区卫生服务机构的声誉度不高。文中作者明确提出了社区卫生服务机构声誉概念,并运用利益相关者观点构建了社区卫生服务机构的声誉链,使得社区卫生服务机构声誉具体化,为社区卫生服务机构的健康发展提出理论性建议。
Urban community health services institution is a "keeper" to the health of city residents. However, the awareness rate and utilization rate of new services are low. The reason is that the residents do not trust the community health services institu- tion and will not go to the community health services institution when they are ill. This indicates that the reputation of urban com- munity health services institution is low. The author puts forward the concept of the urban community health services institution's reputation, and use the stakeholder view to build the" reputation chain". The objective is to give some useful suggestions to the development of urban community health services institutions.
