摘要
文中提出了对现有传统变压器冷却系统进行改造的思路,改造重点是散热器的优化设计方面,并针对优化方法进行了验证计算,以新散热方法替代原有冷却系统,配置吹风装置及其控制箱,最终达到变压器节能降噪和安全运行要求。最后通过某供电公司变电站主变冷却系统改造实践,证明了该方法有很强的实用性。
This paper puts forward a thought, which transform the cooling system of existing trditional transformer. The foucs of the transformation is optimization and design of the radiator, and the calculation of the method is also confirmed viably. With new cooling system replaced the previous one and equiped the high-quality blowing device and control box, eventually, it reach the requirements of energy saving, noise reduction and safe operation of transformer. Finally, the transformation of the cooling system of main transformer in a substation of a power supply corporation proved that the method have very strong practicability.
