摘要
采用复合絮凝及电解的方法研究了镀镍废水的处理。经过滤的废水(含Ni2+826.8mg/L)先以NaOH溶液调节pH至9.0自然沉淀,接着在pH=8.7下加入KAl(SO4)2·12H2O 0.133g/L、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)0.167g/L和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)0.167g/L进行絮凝,然后在槽电压4.5V下电解4h。处理后的废水中Ni2+含量为0.376mg/L,达到排放要求。
The treatment of nickel electroplating wastewater was studied by composite flocculation and electrolysis processes. The previously filtered wastewater containing 826.8 mg/L Ni2+ was treated by the following steps: (1) precipitation by adjusting pH to 9.0 with NaOH solution; (2) flocculation with KAl(SO4)2.12H2O 0.133 g/L, polyferric sulfate (PFS) 0.167 g/L, and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) 0.167 g/L at pH 8.7; and (3) electrolysis at a cell voltage of 4.5 V for 4 h. The treated wastewater contained 0.376 mg/L Ni2+, meeting the emission standard.
