摘要
概述了近年来国内外悬索桥主缆腐蚀防护新技术,包括日本的S型缠丝系统、D.S.Brown公司的Cableguard系统和国内的不干性密封膏+缠丝+聚硫橡胶包覆层+881系统重防腐涂装材料防护体系。分析了引进S型缠丝系统工艺中在生产和施工工艺、涂装材料及密封方面存在的问题。认为引进、吸收S型缠丝系统,深化Cableguard系统的研究,使它们国产化,结合中国现状研发新的密封系统,提高施工人员以及施工管理人员的综合素质等是解决悬索桥主缆腐蚀防护问题的关键。
New technologies for corrosion protection of main cables of domestic and foreign suspension bridges in recent years were summarized, including the S-type wire- wrap system in Japan, the Cableguard system of D. S. Brown Company, and the protective system consisting of non-drying sealant, wire wrap, polysulfide rubber coating, and 881-system heavy corrosion protection coating materials in China. The problems existing in aspects of production and construction process, coating materials, and sealing during the introduction of S-type wire-wrap system were analyzed. It was suggested that introducing and absorbing the S-type wire-wrap system, deepening the research of Cableguard system and achieving its localization, developing new sealing system according to China's status quo, and improving comprehensive diathesis of builders and construction managers are the keys for solving the problem of corrosion protection for main cables of suspension bridge.
