Study of High-performance PP for Outdoor Furniture

以聚丙烯为主要原料 ,通过双螺杆挤出共混工艺 ,经过增强增韧和稳定化改性 ,研究户外用聚丙烯家具料的配方和工艺。实验发现 ,增韧剂选择POE为好 ;增强剂选择BaSO4 和滑石粉配合使用综合性能较好 ;选择合适的老化剂 ,户外使用年限可达到 10a以上。

s The formulation and processing technology of PP for outdoor furniture were studied by toughening and stabilizing modification by means of twin screw extrusion.The results showed the suitable toughener would better to be POE,and when BaSO 4 and talc powder were used synergistically,the modified PP composite would have better overall properties.When a proper age resister was used,the outdoor serviceable life of the PP composite would be more than 10 years.
