摘要 采用分子筛FS 1填充聚丙烯 ,研究浓盐酸、硬脂酸、MAH g PP、钛酯酸偶联剂对填充体系力学性能的影响。实验结果表明 :分子筛FS 1与PP的相容性较差 ,通过浓盐酸、硬脂酸、钛酸酯偶联剂及MAH g PP处理后 ,填充体系的力学性能得以一定的提高 ,以偶联剂NDZ 10 1和MAH g PP共同处理FS 1后且质量分数为 0 .5 %时 ,填充体系的冲击强度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度都有较大程度的提高 ,而且加工流动性变好。 This paper deals with polypropylene modified with heteroaton FS 1.The effect of HCl,PP g MAH and NDZ 101 on the properties of the filled system was studied.The result showed that the properties of the filled system were improved at some extent with FS 1 grafted by HCl and PP g MAH although the compatibility between FS 1 and PP was bad.The melt flow rate of the system filled with 0.5 percent FS 1 and PP g MAH was better than that of the unfilled system.The mechanical properties of the filled system were improved.
